9/30/08 - Public Hearing Information PUBLIC INPUT HEARING 9:00 am OCTOBER 22nd at CAMP HILL BOROUGH HALL URGENT NEED OF YOUR HELP - October 22nd has been set aside for PUBLIC INPUT HEARING on the chloramine issue. The ALJ and PAWC have refused to allow us an evening and daytime session for this purpose. They are restricting us to a daytime session at 9:00 am at the Camp Hill Borough Hall. PAWC is trying to exclude ALL of our expert testimony and THIS judge may let them. BUT THEY CAN"T STOP THE CUSTOMERS FROM SPEAKING OUT. We have over 700 people on these petitions. We need numbers to come out. We are nearing the end of the road on the litigation. We need your full support at this hearing. In another anti-customer rule of the proceedings, they are requiring us to submit written testimony for anyone who intends to speak. If you are willing to speak out and would like assistance with the written testimony and what we are allowed to speak about, please call or e-mail Susan Pickford. She will help anyone who will testify. This testimony is similar to a rate hike hearing. Even if you do not want to speak, PLEASE SHOW UP. If they only see 10 people there, they will assume their representation of us as a handful of rable rousers will be confirmed.
